⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Spotless Facility!
I had a fantastic experience with this storage company from start to finish. I called to inquire about pricing and availability and spoke with Christian, who was incredibly polite, kind, and thorough. At the end of the call, he made sure to repeat all the key details so I had all the vital information, and he even booked me for a same-day in-person appointment.
When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by Olivia. She was so helpful, kind, and polite, giving me a full tour and explaining how everything works perfectly. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, complete with useful amenities like dollies and an on-site washroom. To top it all off, they gave me an amazing deal and had me completely set up in under an hour. Highly recommend this team for their efficiency and top-notch customer service!

Access to an incredible experience. They were fast, efficient and very clean even upper management was cleaning the bathrooms so customers would have access to a continued clean environment.
Glad to have access to such a supported community of people at the desk helping those who are going through moves, life chances or just need a safe space for their belongings.

My experience at Access Storage was excellent from start to finish. The facility itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made me feel confident that my belongings would be safe and well cared for. Everything was organized and easy to navigate, and the overall environment felt secure and professional.
Lindsay made the visit especially memorable. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely funny, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It’s not often you meet someone who can balance efficiency with a great sense of humor, and she made what could have been a routine task feel welcoming and stress-free.
On top of the great service, Lindsay went above and beyond by arranging a $50 gift card when I referred my friend to get a unit. That level of appreciation and customer care really stood out. Between the excellent service, the clean facility, and the thoughtful referral reward, I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage.

First things first, Tabitha has been wonderful! Friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and has been helpful in person and on the phone more than once. She totally makes the process easy. The storage facility is easy to access and very clean. We’re very satisfied with our decision to use Access Storage 🤗
